I was a school principal. Out the door by 6am, home at 8pm. My kids were asleep both times. I had a title, a salary, and a master’s degree in educational leadership. What I did not have was time for the life I was supposed to be building.
So I left. With a plan.
In 2019, I started M/A Virtual Solutions and spent seven years doing what Quiet Ops now does, but alone. I was the one inside founder-led businesses, handling the operations, the content, the systems, the follow-through. More than 200 clients. Every one of them served personally. I learned what founders actually need when execution breaks down, and I learned it from the inside.
Quiet Ops is what I built when I stopped doing it alone. It is a team, not a person. A full execution layer, not a VA relationship.
